Returns

At electrouno.es we want satisfaction with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:


A. The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

We pay great attention to ensure that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. If, even so, you receive a wrong or defective item, you have a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt to contact us through info@electrouno.es or by calling us at 910600459.
  • It is VERY IMPORTANT that upon receipt of the product check the packaging in front of the carrier and any damage, scratch or mark on the packaging NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY NOTE. If a product arrives with damaged packaging and no record of this has been left on the delivery note the transport insurance will not assume any responsibility for any damage that may have the product, and therefore electrouno can not assume the claim.
  • Check the product well in the first 24 hours after its reception. Check the packaging, open it and check that the product has not suffered any damage. Claims for damage attributable to transport will not be accepted after 24 hours from the delivery of the order.
  • Any damage to the outside of the package, in its packaging, must be noted on the delivery note. It is the carrier's obligation to allow you to note anything you wish on the delivery note or PDA.
  • 3. CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

    It is essential for its return that the article contains all the accessories and supplements that come included and the packaging must be in the best possible condition to facilitate the process.

    The customer must return the purchased item in perfect condition and properly packaged, and always accompanied by the invoice or purchase receipt.

    No returns will be accepted if they do not comply with the above conditions. Returns of items that have been previously used will not be accepted.

    The customer shall bear the cost of returning the item, in accordance with the provisions of Article 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

    4. CONDITIONS AND TYPE OF PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE RETURNED

    Television

    If there is any problem with the operation of the television (factory defects), the technical service will take care of the problem and will solve it in a short time. Also, if the customer is not satisfied with the TV, he/she has 14 calendar days to exchange it for a similar model that fits his/her preferences or to return the product. The refund will only be made if it has not exceeded 8 hours of use (a fact that will be checked), and the same as in the previous case, we understand that you have had enough time to know if it fits your needs.

    Mobile Phones

    If the product purchased is a smartphone, the customer has the right to return it within 14 calendar days from receipt of the good. During this period, NOXSMART TRADE S.L admits exchanges and returns as long as the cell phone is unsealed.

  • Give a detailed explanation of the whole problem.
  • It is very important that you attach photos of what happened, photos of the damage, of the complete product, of the box on several sides and of the labels of the package from the transport agency.
  • DELIVERY ACCEPTED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION
    • A delivery is considered accepted and in perfect condition when there is no annotation on the delivery note (mandatory condition) and even if there is no annotation on the delivery note, within 24 working hours after delivery, there is no written notice to Electrouno.es or to the transport company that delivered your order. A delivery accepted and in perfectstate does not admit later claims.
    • In any case you must notify Electrouno.es within a maximum period of one (1) working day through our email or by phone 910 600 459 (10:00 A 15:00H). The goods sent in your order have been checked by the manufacturer for quality and condition.


The products must be returned in such a way that they are protected, including them inside a protective box or bag.


B. Withdrawal:

We do not want you to keep anything you do not like, so you can return an item if it does not meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the LGDCU, and provided that you are a buyer of an item for private use, you have the right of withdrawal, under which you can return the product, provided that it is not a digital product that has begun downloading.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from receipt. You must notify us, through the email info@electrouno.es, your decision to withdraw from the purchase made (you can use the following model withdrawal form, if you wish). [ATTACH THE CANCELLATION FORM AT THE END OF THIS DOCUMENT].

In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain the original packaging, as well as all parts. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition electrouno.es reserves the right to pay a lower amount on the return, a circumstance that will be notified to you.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed since the reliable receipt of the request for withdrawal, provided that it is electrouno.es who manages the collection of the article. If you return the item through a carrier of your choice, the period of 14 days will begin to run from electrouno.es have actual knowledge of the shipment of the goods or, failing that, from the receipt of the same.

The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer.


C. If you have not yet received your order:

If you have not yet received the order and wish to cancel or modify it, you only have to inform us of the changes you want to make, without this entailing any cost if your order has not yet been processed.
The return period for cancelled orders is 5 to 7 working days.

D. Products considered as PERSONAL HYGIENE are non-exchangeable and non-returnable (electric toothbrushes, airpods, etc.).
