These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store www.electrouno.es, which is legally responsible NoxSmart Trade, SLU, hereinafter electrouno.es . These Conditions shall be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without notice, so it is the responsibility of the User to read them each time you make a purchase, since the conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract will be those that are applicable.

Applicable Regulations

This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish law and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and by Law 03/2014, of March 27, 2014, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. These general conditions may be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of your Internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the order.

User Account and Correction of Errors

In order to be able to make online purchases in this store it is necessary to register by creating a "User Account". You can register at any time by clicking on the corresponding link, or during the purchase process. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed successfully and a reminder of the access data.

From your account you will be able to make purchases, check your order history, change your password, modify your personal data, modify your shipping and billing addresses, make comments, and other procedures or formalities related to your purchases.

In addition, at any time, you can access your private account to check your personal information and addresses and, if necessary, correct any errors that may have occurred in the data entry or update them. Shipping and billing addresses may also be corrected or updated during the checkout process.

As a User, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email from the address you wish to unsubscribe to info@electrouno.es, which will lead to the cancellation of your personal data.

In any case, the creation and cancellation of a user account will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

Conditions for the subscription to the newsletters with raffle

Whenever this option is enabled, when the customer registers in the newsletter subscription form, he/she will automatically be entered in the sweepstakes of the product that we have in promotion at that moment.

The sweepstakes will take place on the date and under the conditions indicated in the sweepstakes rules, through the sortea2.com platform.

The winning User will be notified individually via email, with a link to the result of the draw where you can check the veracity of it.

If when the draw takes place, the supplier for reasons beyond the control of electrouno.es, does not have available the product indicated in the promotion, a similar one of the same value or higher will be delivered.

Purchase Process

Buy in electrouno.es easy and simple, just follow these steps:

1º.- Select the products you wish to purchase from among those offered by electrouno.es. Clicking on each product, you will access to its data sheet, which includes detailed description with information, main features and price. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask us. NOTE: In the case of product cards with photograph, the products may suffer slight variations in color or texture with respect to the photograph that appears on the web, due to different factors, for example,to the resolution of your monitor. However, we will do our best to make the images as faithful as possible to reality.

2º.- Once you have selected the product/s you wish to buy, you must click on the "Add to cart" button, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you will be able to continue adding more products to the cart, or proceed directly to the payment.

3º.- Once the selection of products has been completed, a summary will appear identifying the item/s selected. Finally, to continue with your order, you will have to click on the button "Finalize order".

4º.- As we have indicated in previous sections, to finalize your order, you must register, indicating your contact details and address. In your next purchases you will not have to enter your data again, because they will be stored in your User Account.

Finally, you must accept these Terms of Sale and choose the method of payment of your order from among those offered by electrouno.es (see next section).

6º. - Once the purchase process is completed, we will send you an email which will detail the data of the same, as well as proof of purchase or invoice in digital format. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any error in the data entered, please contact us by any of the following means:

In the same way, if you want us to send you the invoice in paper, please contact us and we will send it to you without any additional cost.

Methods of payment

electrouno.es has several payment methods to make your purchase easier:

  • -Delivery at our offices (Madrid)

Bank transfer
electrouno.es offers you the possibility to pay your order by bank transfer to our bank account:

If you decide for this payment option, once the order is completed, the necessary data to make the bank transfer will appear on the screen. In addition, we will send you an email with the amount of the order, the concept that you must indicate and the account number. It is important that, at the time of making the transfer, indicate as a concept the reference of your order, provided by electrouno.es in the email, to expedite the billing and shipping of the order.

Transfers can take up to 48 hours to become effective, take this into account in the shipping times. Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed to the invoicing, packing and shipping of the order. If you wish to speed up this process you can send us an email with the receipt to info@electrouno.es.
Credit or debit card
Payment by credit or debit card is made through the bank's secure payment gateway. Through this method of payment, electrouno.es never collects or manipulates any customer data relating to your card number. All data are processed directly by the bank, so that electrouno.es can always offer the greatest security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

The cards currently supported by the payment gateway are Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, in addition to those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000 and Servired networks. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will help you to clarify any concerns.
If you wish to finance your purchase, you can do it through this method. The payment through "Aplázame" is made through its own gateway. Through this method of payment, electrouno.es never collects or manipulates any customer data relating to your card number or bank account. All data are processed directly by"Aplázame".
Delivery at our offices (Madrid)
electrouno.es offers you the option to pick up your order in our own facilities, located in Plaza Manuel Becerra, 15, 7ºB, 28028, Madrid.

Shipping conditions

Shipments will be made to:

  • -Peninsular Spain
  • -Balearic Islands
  • -Portugal Peninsular
  • -France

The shipment will be made by one of the express courier companies MRW, Seur, Correos, Correos Express or other companies that best suit each shipment. The delivery time at your home will depend on the destination town and the availability shown in each of our products. The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the shipment:

  • - Up to 5 Kg: 4,90€.
  • - Up to 30 Kg: 19€.
  • - Up to 50 Kg: 39€.
  • - Up to 60 Kg: 69€.
  • - Up to 75 Kg: 79€.
  • - Up to 5 Kg: 4,90€.
  • - Up to 30 Kg: 29€.
  • - Up to 50 Kg: 59€.
  • - Up to 60 Kg: 99€.
  • - Up to 75 Kg: 149€.
  • - Up to 5 Kg: 4,90€.
  • - Up to 30 Kg: 39€.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any preference for delivery time, you can indicate it in the comment of the order and we will transmit it to the transport company, keep in mind that it will depend on the possibilities of route and schedule of the transport company.

Delivery times
The delivery time is shown during the purchase process depending on the products purchased and shipping method chosen, and implies acceptance of the same by you. In case of non-compliance with delivery times, you must indicate an additional period appropriate to the circumstances that caused the initial delay. If we are unable to deliver the goods within this additional period, you may terminate the contract.

The above paragraph shall not apply if the delivery period is essential in view of all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract or if you have informed us, prior to purchase, that delivery before or on a certain date is essential. In such cases, you may terminate the contract immediately.

In any case, in the event of termination of the contract, the amounts paid will be refunded in full.

In the event that the User purchases a product that has not yet been released for sale, but already has a release date, delivery times will be provisional and subject to change, and will be subject to the number of units per product that the suppliers have available at any given time. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of the variations in these products, as well as the possibility of terminating the contract.

In some cases there may be a lack of stock. Our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available, or to cancel the contract if you wish.

IMPORTANT: In general, we are not responsible for the non-fulfillment or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as in case of force majeure (confinement due to a state of alarm, for example), natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc. If any incident arises, we will contact you to solve the incident.

Prices, taxes, fees and duties

Prices are expressed in Euros. The prices of electrouno.es products may vary, but possible changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.

The following taxes will apply to the items on our website:
  • The RRP forThe articles with shipping address to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands include VAT in any case.
  • The RRP of the articles with shipping address to France and Portugal Peninsular, and being the buyer a natural person (individual) includes the VAT of the country of origin.
  • The RRP of the articles with shipping address to France and Portugal Peninsular, and being the buyer a company or professional, DOES NOT include VAT as long as it is registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operators (in which case we will have to provide the valid Tax Identification Code). In case of not being registered as an I.O., the PVP will include the VAT corresponding to the country of origin.


In electrouno.es we want the satisfaction with your order. Therefore, we provide you with several methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal:

A. The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

We pay great attention to ensure that all our shipments are made correctly. If, even so, you receive a wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to solve it. Before opening the product, please check that the packaging matches the one you ordered: color, size, finish, etc.

On the other hand, if the products received have any defect or deterioration, we will respond to the lack of conformity as set out in the section "Warranties" in these conditions of sale.

When the product has been damaged during transport, it is necessary that you inform us and, if possible, note the incident on the delivery note of the carrier.

The products must be returned in a way that they are protected, including them in a box or protective bag. electrouno.es provides the buyer with a transport company for the removal of the goods, completely free of charge. If you wish to return the goods with a carrier other than that proposed by electrouno.es, and the selected carrier offers higher rates, you must assume the difference in the cost of transport.

B. Withdrawal:
We do not want you to keep anything you do not like, so you can return an item if it does not meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the LGDCU, and provided that you are a buyer of an item for private use, you have the Right of Withdrawal, under which you can return the product, provided that it is not a digital product from which the download has been initiated.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from receipt, notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase (you can use the following model withdrawal form, if you wish). In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, and preferably retain the original packaging, as well as all parts. In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition, do not include all parts and accessories, or do not retain their original packaging electrouno.es reserves the right to pay a lower amount in the return, a circumstance that you will always be notified in advance.

The refund of the purchase price will be made once the condition of the goods has been checked, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed since the reliable receipt of the request for withdrawal, provided that it is electrouno.es who manages the collection of the article. If you return the item through a carrier of your choice, the period of 14 days will begin to run from electrouno.es have actual knowledge of the shipment of the goods or, failing that, from the receipt of the same.

Thereturn costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, shall be borne by the buyer.

C. If you have not yet received the order:
If you have not yet received the order and wish to cancel or modify it, you only have to inform us of the changes you want to make, without this entailing any cost in case your order has not yet been processed.
The return period for cancelled orders is 5 to 7 working days.

D. Personal Hygiene Products
Products considered Personal Hygiene are non-exchangeable and non-returnable ( Toothpicks, airpods, etc) .

Except those which, by their nature, are excluded from the warranty regulations for consumer goods, all our products are guaranteed nationally against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase (or date of delivery, if later), or one year if the item is not new.

We shall be liable for non-conformity, which the buyer must inform us of within two months of becoming aware of it.

If the defect or lack of conformity arises within the first 6 months from the delivery of the item, whether it is a new or second-hand product, it is presumed that the defect or lack of conformity already existed when the product was invoiced (or delivered, if at a later time), i.e. that there is a defect of origin or factory defect of the product, unless we can prove that the defect or lack of conformity is not of origin but is due, for example, to misuse or maintenance by the buyer.

On the other hand, if the defect or lack of conformity arises after the first 6 months and up to 2 years, the presumption that the defect comes from the factory does not exist.

In case of defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be completely free of charge for the buyer (including transportation costs, if any).

Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, use not in accordance with our instructions or those of the manufacturer (incorrect use) or normal wear and tear are therefore excluded from the warranty. Also, products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by electrouno.es, as well as products that are the subject of a specific contract. In such cases the consumer shall be responsible for their repair.

By regulation, and in the absence of proof to the contrary, the products shall be deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements expressed below:

a) They conform to the description made and possess the qualities of the product that we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
b) They are suitable for the uses to which similar products are ordinarily destined.
c) They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

Dispute resolution

As required by the new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European platform for dispute resolution for online contracts.
